I'm a writer, I'm a blogger, I'm a four times a year comper, I'm a news reader, I'm a game player, a celebrity stalker, a weather forecast checker, a train timetable viewer, a reviewer reader, a YouTube watcher, a music listener and much more. I do all of these mentioned task via my laptop or phone, and require my WiFi to work constantly as I have no set working hours.
I also enjoying speaking to my mother and little sister on the house phone regularly, as some of you know, my little sister, mum and step dad moved away to Cornwall last year, which is four hours away from me. As I don't get to see them often, maybe once or twice a year, I rely on the phone to speak with them, to hear the sound of their loving voices which we miss so much!
I'm also a TV viewer, and my little boy loves to watch the Disney channels, Cartoon Network, POP any a few other channels from the kids package. I personally enjoy the music channels and the entertainment package, although I don't get to watch much TV, it's handy to know its there for them sofa/lazy days.
Either myself or Spud rely on the three packages above at least once a day, the phone, internet and television is equally as important to us, we live in a society that are obsessed with technology, and I am one of those people! I find it hard to think about not having the phone, and how my parents done it when they was younger!?
If you're a follower of mine on Twitter, you may of seen my tweets to my home package supplier a few months ago, I have had non stop constant problems since joining them and they've increased their prices twice within a short period. Claiming to be one of Britain's cheapest, they failed to mention they was one of Britain's awfullest!
I'm not happy paying over £55 a month for a service (apart from the house phone) that is constantly playing up, I want my son to be able to enjoy his favourite programs when he want's too, I want to be able to access the internet when I want too, but nope, after three engineer visits, several emails to the customer contact email address (which I'm sure is manned by a robot or half alive human), I've still not got anywhere.
I'm sick and tired of wasting an hour here and there calling my provider up, I'm tired of dispusting the bills because they always appear higher then what they should be, and I've had enough of paying for a service which I hardly receive! I'm looking at a website to compare broadbands and was wondering if any of my readers had any genuine suggestions they could give me?
I work hard to give us the 'nicer' things in life, and by joining up with a company before investigating them first, I feel like I've just wasted so much money by sticking with them! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought things would improve!
I cant bare to be stuck with them for another year, so please, if you want Unique Young Mum to carry on with some excellent competitions in the future (and I have quite a few lined up for August), please leave a comment letting me know who your provider is and if they're good, okay, or not so good!
Kind regards,
Jada x
